Get Up Stand Up — Signed Limited Edition Giclée
Get Up Stand Up - Signed Limited Edition Giclée
Head thrown back, locs flying, megaphone raised to the sky, he refuses to stay quiet. Get Up Stand Up takes its name from the Bob Marley and the Wailers anthem. It’s a tribute to the power of the voice, and to everyone who has stood up, spoken out, and demanded to be heard when it mattered most.
Waves of blazing red erupt from his megaphone and fill the sky like fire, as if his words alone could set the world in motion. A pale moon glows behind him against a deep green sky. Below, a crowd painted in bold red raises fists and signs that together spell out Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s words: “Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.” It’s a celebration of courage, community, and conviction, and a reminder that silence is never neutral and every voice can be a spark.
